Terms of Service & Subscription Policy

30-Day Free Trial (No Credit Card Required)


We believe in the quality of our service, which is why we provide a 30-day free trial without requiring any payment information upfront. This allows you to fully test all premium features before any financial commitment is made. Because of this extensive evaluation period, we generally operate a no-refund policy for payments made after you manually choose to upgrade.

  • Opt-In Model: No payment information is collected at the start of the trial.
  • No Auto-Enrollment: Your trial will automatically expire after 30 days. You will not be charged and no "cancellation" is required to avoid fees. Your account will simply revert to a "Lapsed" status unless you manually choose to purchase a subscription.


Manual Subscription & Billing


To continue using the service after your trial, you must manually select a plan and provide payment details. Once you manually upgrade to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.

  • Recurring Billing: By manually upgrading, you agree to a recurring billing cycle (Monthly or Annual).
  • Price Transparency: The total price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.


Duplicate Account Policy


We strive to ensure you only pay for what you need.

  • Prevention: Our system uses duplicate transaction checking to prevent charging the same card for identical amounts within a short window.
  • Accidental Duplicates: If you inadvertently create two separate accounts and pay for two subscriptions for the same user or entity, please contact us at info@zed-software.com within 48 hours.
  • Resolution: Upon verification that the accounts are redundant, we will cancel the duplicate subscription and issue a full refund for the extra charge to your original payment method.


Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: Log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings > Billing, and select "Cancel Subscription."
  • Effect of Cancellation: You will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
  • Cancellation Notice: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Forgetful Renewals: We understand mistakes happen. If you intended to cancel but were charged for a renewal, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge. If you have not used the service since the renewal date, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time courtesy refund.


Refund Policy


Because we provide a 30-day trial to test our service before any payment is made, our standard policy is that all manual upgrade payments are non-refundable, with the following exceptions :

  • Duplicate Charges: As outlined in Section 3.
  • Billing Errors: If the amount charged does not match the price shown at checkout or you were double-billed due to a technical error.
  • Service Failure: If a verified technical issue on our end prevents access for more than 48 hours.


Service Performance & Technical Issues


While we strive for 100% uptime, if a technical failure on our end prevents you from using the service for a significant period (exceeding 48 hours), you may be eligible for:

  • A prorated credit toward your next billing cycle.
  • A partial refund for the affected period.
    Technical issues must be reported to our support team at info@zed-software.com while the issue is occurring to be eligible for review.


Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges


We take billing accuracy seriously. You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You were double-billed for the same subscription period.
  • The amount charged does not match the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation was already processed by our system.
    Please report any discrepancies to info@zed-software.com within 30 days of the transaction.


Billing Disputes 


We prefer to resolve any issues directly with you. Please reach out to our support team info@zed-software.com before contacting your bank to initiate a chargeback. Direct resolution is significantly faster and helps us maintain a better relationship with our customers. Most billing issues can be resolved faster through direct communication than through the formal dispute process.


Processing Refunds


When a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • It may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
